Just returned from a 3-night stay at this hotel and it was perfect for my elderly parents. The location is unbeatable, with Emporium and Din Tai Fun just across the road. They were able to access China Town without worrying about public transport. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well presented. The valet parking was a huge bonus for us as we drove in from regional Victoria. We will happily stay here again.

Great location, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, perfect for a good night's sleep. The hotel offered a spacious room with a nice view, a pleasant surprise.

Parking was a hassle as it was located quite far from the hotel premises, making it difficult to manage with luggage and kids.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with everything within walking distance. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for meals. The room itself was comfortable and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped and the linen was clean and of good quality.

The hotel had trouble with servicing the rooms in a timely manner. Despite requesting for an early cleaning, the room was not serviced until mid-afternoon, causing inconvenience for guests.

They went out of their way to accommodate our requests and provide us with information. The hotel is situated in a prime location, with easy access to great shopping and a wide range of restaurants. One of the best aspects of our stay was the affordable price we paid for a 4-night stay. It was definitely a great deal.

Our room was quite small and the bathroom even smaller. There was a lack of bench space both near the basin and in the shower, quite inconvenient.

I had a great stay at a hotel on Swanston St, with lots of shopping and eateries nearby. The location was perfect, especially because it was close to Melbourne Central for easy access to the suburbs. Despite the small room, I had a comfortable night's sleep with a perfect bed and temperature. The hot water in the powerful shower was a bonus, even though the bathroom was a little cramped. I loved it and would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

The rooms were clean and modern, with new furniture, and the big comfy bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was also clean and had all the basic amenities. Additionally, having breakfast included at a reasonable rate with great options was a definite plus.
